Today is about little monsters. These are the onset of the “negative” or disempowering feelings, emotional messengers that are trying to tell us to take an empowering action. Left unattended these can bloom into full MONSTERS!
Frustration is one of these little monsters. It tells you that you are not going to get what you want and NEVER will. It is an obvious first cousin of FEAR, which as I have written about many times, always results from imagining something horrid in the future, stepping out of the present which is real. Fear is the number one tool of the enemy. The message and action call that the messenger frustration delivers is simply this “take a different approach because what you are presently doing is not getting you the result that you want.”
