You wake up. You have 7 text messages. One says that the airline had cancelled your flight. Worst your daughter’s companion pass ticket had been segregated from your own. You both must get home for various reasons of importance. That’s when the enemy strikes with the number one weapon of choice: induce fear.
Fear is the feeling that you are not going to get what you want, or that you will lose what you have. There are a few acronyms for fear: forget everything is all right, false evidence appears real, or even f*** everything and run. In this situation fear can become anger and hostility.
