As we stand on the threshold of a new year—December 28, 2025—it’s time to reflect on a timeless truth: whatever we carry in our hearts and minds at the close of this year, we will bring forward into the next. The baggage of 2025 doesn’t have to define 2026. Now is the perfect moment to embrace change by intentionally clearing out what no longer serves us.
In the #NOFAILUREZONE, we view life through a lens of empowerment and growth. Change isn’t something to fear—it’s an opportunity to raise our standards and transform our world. Just as I conduct inventory in my business at year’s end, assessing what’s moving and what’s gathering dust, we must do the same with our inner world. Bitterness is like a stubborn weed in your garden—it chokes out the beauty and growth around it. If there are offenses you’ve chosen to carry from others this year, release them. Forgive—not for their sake, but for yours. Holding onto resentment only poisons your own soil. Pull it out by the roots.
And then, turn that compassion inward. Forgive yourself for the shortcomings, the missteps, the moments you fell short of your own expectations. Shame is a thief; it steals your true identity and replaces it with relentless negative self-talk. In the #NOFAILUREZONE, there are no failures—only feedback. Release the shame. It’s not who you are; it’s just old residue from lessons learned.
Take this inventory today. Write it down if it helps: list the patterns to discard, the grudges to release, the self-judgments to forgive. Then, make room for new “stock”—empowering beliefs, positive actions, and a renewed commitment to your highest self.
