I am speaking of the dictionary and a thesaurus. If you have a pattern of strong emotional responses (like rage and anger) but are otherwise reasonably sane, then all you need to do is learn a few new words to better express how you feel and then start using them when the situation arises. Better is to first understand about fear and identify what it is that you feel you will lose or feel you will not receive since those are always the precursor to anger. An examination of your rules and beliefs is also merited. Anger happens when you or someone else has broken a rule that you have. I highly recommend going back into my blogs and review the topic of Phantom Fears. Your adrenal glands, brain, and blood stream will thank you for it. So will others around you.
