It’s so easy to take a trip down the rabbit hole and get into a surly mood. It is always preceded by some fearful thoughts that are tied to the feeling that I am not going to get what I want or that I will lose what I have. And these, of course, are just space tripping into the imaginary Phantom Future. One question can snap you out of it. “What is great about this right now?” Then if you really want to follow through with a judo move you could ask “How can I use this situation or information to my benefit?” The first question forces a 180 turn in the mood, and the second unleashes the blood hounds in search for answers.
Now if I could just get the hound out of bed.
