Everything you need is within you right now. Some will find this hard to believe. Well I am sure there have been times in your life where you instantly created a problem. Well if we have that ability, why would we not also have the ability to quickly and easily create a solution?
I work with so many in the armed services but the slogan I love the best is from the Marines: “improvise, adapt, overcome”. This philosophy quickly gets you out of the comfort zone, your standard operating procedures, your disempowering beliefs to take immediate action. For our Marines it could be the difference between life and death. It could be for us too, or maybe the difference between success and failure, over maybe just getting through a painful situation. It is the place to start re-wiring.
Decide what you must have and identify the obstacles that prevent you from having it. The resources you need are inside you, you have known how to ask questions since you were a child, the first two questions I just suggested to you.
