Almost 243 years ago, on August 2, 1776 the Declaration of Independence was signed. Most people will not know that piece of American History.
But this blog is about your independence… what will it take for you to really feel free? We all have things that are holding us back, either mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually (MEPS) and more often than not 2 or more the MEPS are disempowering is simultaneously. And when we are disempowered we are said to be out of balance. One can apply other adjectives or statements like “out of sorts”, “whacked out”, flustered, confused, anxious, stressed out, etc, the list of people’s descriptions for this feeling could go on ad infinitum.
And this is where coaching comes in. A good coach take an independent look at your situation and feelings, helps you to identify the source of these feelings, and then creates a custom strategy for you to become balanced and empowered again.
