With a virus that can spread while the infected person has no symptoms it is the only thing that can be done. A virus is the size of 10 hydrogen atoms, and can fly through the air with the greatest of ease from person to person. Because of their size Perfect washing and disinfecting is really only accomplished like you see in the SciFi movies and the actual places where deadly viruses are studied. So really a period of recluse and isolating from others is a great idea right now. Put the odds in your favor.
